ziggy's christmas...? what was this film called?

This was a cartoon "ZIGGY" who was a small round character with a big kind of droopy nose. There was a Christmas episode released in the 80s and was very funny. I recall it fearured a song called "Jolly Holiday" Had lots of different street santas in it and I think the whole story was about Ziggy trying to get a job as a Santa Clause in a shop or out in the street or something. Anyone tell me the name of the film or where to get it, Thanks
