man eating half an iced bun?

On television one day last week someone said he had half an iced bun to finish and asked for the tomato ketchup. Later he had something else to eat and when asked if he wanted the ketchup replied "no thanks it just makes everything taste the same". Does anyone know who the actor was and what programme? cook.
