why do i bother paying the bill!! everynight my NTL loses channels?? tonight it has lost BBC1,BBC2,central and channel 4 and left me with 5???

i cant be bothered to go through the rest of the channels?? i only have 2 months left on my contract and i am back to sky!!!!

A_S we are having exactly the same problems, and our NTL phone line has been down since Friday too. What a nightmare.

Don't get me started on NTL. I set up a direct debit with them to pay my bill which was fine, the next bill stated quite clearly on it that as I had opted to pay by direct debit this bill was for information only, then they cut me off. When I rang them they said they had cut me off because I didn't pay my bill. I tried to explain what it said on my recent bill but to no avail, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and when I asked to be put through to their complaints department she said that they didn't have one and hung up!!!! Charming.

So yes they are sh1te!

Spot on, we moved to Sky when we moved house, loads better, can't believe we bothered with ntl.

we have had sky for over 10 years, but NTL dropped a leaflet through the door with there all 3 package i thought it was a good deal!!

how wrong was i, i will be back to sky in december,and i cant wait!!!!!
