Does anyone remember the name of the show which featured clips of animals with a witty voice over which was transmitted in about 1992-1994? The two catchphrases/clips from the show I can remember are:-

1. A video of a stag-beetle with a song over the top which went 'Beetle, Beetle, Beetle of the yard/ Beetle, Beetle, his shell is very hard.'

2. A video of a penguin with a James Bond type voiceover saying 'the name's Penguin, Penguin Penguin.'

Honestly, this did really exist, I'm sure! :-)
