Just how thick can an American copper be? Every time I watch it takes him about 2 hours to find the guilty party when it's ALWAYS the guest star. Wouldn't that have sunk in by now? Besides, he should've remembered who it was from the rehearsals. I wouldn't mind but some of the stars appear quite regularly yet he NEVER susses them.

forgive me but i thought the whole point of columbo was for the audience to enjoy watching the supersleuth entrap the murderer with his unique style of wit and cunning.you know as soon as columbo meets the person he knows it was them that dun it. now if you'll excuse me he is on uk gold shortly and i best not miss the start or i'll be stumped until the end!!!!!
