Here in Australia we have 'Holby' on cable TV and the week before last the woman that plays the new 'marm' in 'The Bill' was portrayed as having twins. I wondered if 'Holby' had real expectant mums for the birth scenes as they seem so authentic'so, what I would like to know is'has Marm really had twins as she hasn't appeared on 'The Bill' for a couple of weeks?

I don't know what the situation is with the Marm, but no, Holby doesn't use real expectant mothers, just a lot of rather wonderful prosthetics.
Who's Marm?
Question Author
Hi NickleArse, Marm is the new Inspector, Gina Gold, who has taken the place of Andrew, who was bumped off in the fire. Gina is played by Roberta Taylor. Sorry for the delay, Easter and all that. Especially today, as it's ASnzac Day. Cheers, Marj.
