I would like to know the name of a song, and the artist. The first encounter was on an advertisement a few years ago (not more than 5) for the annual BBC coverage of the Glastonbury Festival. The advert showed a long shot of a stage at the festival, with a tree in the foreground. Information for the coverage was displayed over the top with the song paying in the background.

The second time I encountered this was either on BBC 1 or 2 - cannot remember which one exactly, but the program was 'The Flying Gardener' and was broadcast on February 26th 2006. At the start the helicopter was taking off and for a brief period the song was played. I asked around on the BBC forum for a while but didn't get many results, here are my findings: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mbgardening/f2759004? thread=2357603

The song is an instrumental techno-style song, in the style of Daft Punk (but it isn't them). That is all the information I have, as I do not know the composer, artist or song title. Thanks.
