Magnificent Seven Remake

I have a great idea for a remake of the Magnificent Seven , i would get Quentin Tarrantino to direct it and he would certainly make it gritty and bloodthirsty. I need help with the casting of the actors , they must be hollywood megastars please let me know which 7 actors you would choose and what do you think of the idea to remake this blockbuster.

much like my answer to the Pink Panther question, I think it's a bad idea to remake it. I know it's a hypothetical, but The Magnificent Seven is one of my all time favourite films and so personally, I can't envisage anyone else playing the roles. The casting first tiem around was perfect. And yes, I know it's a remake of Seven Samurai, but this is a purely personal view, due to how much I love Magnificent Seven. As for making it "gritty and bloodthirsty", that's just not how the film should be - that would be so wrong!!

Not a big fan of remakes but the I don't think you could go far wrong just using the seven principal characters from Reservoir Dogs, although I suppose the late Chris Penn would need to be replaced- Samuel L. Jackson or Kevin Pollack would do.

No! Leave it be. Nobody could replace Yul Brynner anyway and why the need for gory "Blood+Guts"?. Keep to the original.
