He will play it straight, just wish the guest stars in the 1980's had done the same.

Doctor Who is once again the show actors want to be in. Great for publicity.

There were a number of comedy stars in the first series that didn't ham it up.

GARLIC......bread?

Yeah and Rola Cola!

Instead of shouting EXTERMINATE a la Daleks he will go around shouting " ITS SPITTING EVERYBODY IN" probably!! :o)

"want a drink? want a brew?"

"phone for ya, phone, phone"

I love Peter Kay but i'm absolutely sick of hearing people saying, "Garlic... Bread???" It's got to the point where it's not funny anymore.

It seems people can't even mention garlic bread without somebody going through part of that scene!

DON'T DO IT!!!

Jesus Gazza lighten up, it is, quite literally, only a joke....
i agree with gazz, peter kay isnt funny anymore, he just keeps using the same jokes over an over again, there are loads better comedians out there, like lee evan, billy connelly etc...

Isca, as I said, I love Peter Kay, I'm just sick of hearing the garlic bread, garlic bread? garlic... bread? etc. And anyway, an easier going person than I you will never meet so DON'T TELL ME TO LIGHTEN UP.

Sorry, but I can't quite manage to portray somebody screaming manically at the top of his voice in print, so this is just to let you know that the above is meant to be a joke and I'm not really angry with you.

Just in case you thought you needed to tell me to lighten up again...!
