Throne Of Blood a Japanese film based on Macbeth. The story is transported over to Japan, five centuries later. Evil spirits stand in for the fortune telling witches, promising blood-stained glory for Lord and Lady Washizu/Macbeth.

Going a step further TTT, wasn't Star Trek based on Forbidden Planet in turn based on The Tempest?

Yes several episodes have Shakespearian plots.
