New series recently landed, watched the first one "Common People" last night - usual high standard. Brilliant premise, brilliantly acted, Chris O'down (IT Crowd) does a great job. I won't mention the plot but as usual from CB it's a great warning about what could happen in society. EP 2 this evening.......

Do yourself a favour and skip episode 3: "Hotel Reverie".  It is, quite simply, appalling.  Probably the worst ever Black Mirror episode ever made.  The premise is okay, but the execution is terrible.  There’s a plot hole so wide that you could park a bus in it and the lead actress is… well, let’s just say she’s less than stellar. The good news is that all the...

This sounds like something I would like. Is it only available on Netflix? I don't have that.

22:18 yes I think it is only on netflix jo but you can get that free with sky.

Clover you could do what I do and that is join for one month and watch as many programmes as you fancy within that time.  Then I might leave it for say 3 months before I buy another chunk.

Thanks, TTT and ladybirder. I have Sky. I'll look into that.

The good news is that all the other episodes are fine.  Except the last one:  "USS Callister: Into Infinity".  That’s not fine.  It’s extraordinary.  In fact, it’s probably the best thing Black Mirror has ever produced.  It’s a sequel to the Season 4 (2017) episode called "USS Callister".  And that was superb too.  In fact, if you watch them back to back, I would suggest that they make one of the best sci-fi movies of the last couple of decades.  Wonderfully imaginative, excellently performed and just great fun to watch.

Cheers sven I will take that on board. I have seen USS Callister so I look forward to the sequel episode.
