Why has the classic 80's series Robin of Sherwood never been repeated, not even on the 'nostalgia' channels?

It has been repeated a few times on Sky One and UK Gold, but not for about 5 years I think. I couldn't wait any longer so I bought the first 2 series on video. Yes, they are as good as I remember and I'll be buying the third series soon. Many satellite channels are responsive to viewer requests, so if you give a gentle nudge to UK Gold they may consider repeating the series (I know for a fact that they have already received requests for RoS within the last 2 years so adding your name to the list can't hurt), so try writing to them. Alternatively, you can buy all the episodes on 8 videos (about 13 each I think) from major high street video shops (they should be able to get hold of them for you if they don't have any in stock) or you can get them from www.amazon.co.uk. Plus, there are several good RoS fansites on the web if you are still getting withdrawl symptoms.
