Just binge-watched all 6 episodes of series 3 of After Life. After the first 3 episodes, i began to think it wasn't as good as the first two series. However, those last 3 episodes dragged it right back into line with both series 1 and 2. Brilliant - if ever so poignant - watch.

Where are you, Ken? I'm in the UK and can't get it yet.
I've watched the first episode of S3 this evening. It was OK.
It's on Netflix ww.
Ah, thanks. I think it was user error. :0)
Fancy, I get that all the time;-)

LB, i agree. In fact the first few episodes were merely ok and i feared it was maybe going to be one series too many. However, those final episodes really do lift it to the level of the previous 2. IMHO, i hasten to add :-J
I watched three episodes last night. Love it.
I’m not a big fan of RG but that is a show that I keep meaning to watch, as it does look funny and sad at the same time.

It is definitely both those, Arky. In spades.
I never liked RG either, Arksided, but 'Afterlife' and one of his other series, 'Derek', are both very different. Quite superb in my opinion.
i don't like RG at all, and wouldn't honestly watch anything he is in.
I really liked The Office but don’t like either of the other two series. I stuck with both for a few episodes but really couldn’t see the appeal.
Good job we’re all different.
yes it is a good job we are all different.
I can't get on with The Office at all.
Except when disagreeing.
i watched an episode of the Office and decided then and there i wouldn't watch him again.
Emmie. Afterlife is nothing like The Office, and the character he plays in it is nothing like David Brent. I think you have to remember he is playing characters. It's not 'him'.
i have seen him hosting events and to me he comes over as simply sarcastic, pompous and not my brand of funny at all.
He's acting a part in these programmes - in the case of Afterlife a widower who's desperately missing his wife.
sorry Naomi, i simply don't like him. irrespective of a part he is playing.
I binged the series last. I was in bits by the end of the last episode.

A very poignant and fitting end to a great series.

I would love it if RG brought back Derek.
