It's a great shame, I hope they can work things out.

Especially with 9 children. I did wonder if things would change as now Amanda is on TV shows alot these days.
I think they get a great deal of intrusion as well from tourists and the media. It might be time to back away from it all.

I agree
I really hope they work it out ,but I suppose with fame will come intrusion
She wants the fame, loves it. He just loves her I don't think he's bothered about the fame.

Yes ladybird I think that is true
Maybe Clive is tired now, there’s a big age difference between them
I think she has taken it too far, in the beginning it was a charming story of a boho girl with children working as a shepherd and raising her children.
Now she is everywhere has a nanny and spends more time on the tv the than PS.
It’s a reality show, must keep the figures up .
Clive and Amanda have asked to be left in peace so they can sort out their problems. They are a strong couple and I hope they get through this.
Well said Maggiebee
Amanda seemed quite happy with the recent press coverage she got - pages and pages of it, lots of glossy, glammed-up pics. I didn't read any of it and assumed it was just the usual 'I have a new book/tv series/film...' stuff. Publicity and intrusion are perhaps two sides of the same coin...
No idea who they are or what the programme is - but nine kids? Can't have been much else to do on the farm.
That's what you get when you dance with the devil. I don't like using kids as a commodity, let them have a normal childhood!
Absolutely agree with you, melv
Clive is recovering from a hip operation so maybe he's just not up to the job any more.
More click -bait fuelled by a well-thought-out statement from the couple. 'Going through a bad patch' is hardly battling for your marriage. All the publicity they get is initiated by Amanda, who revels in it. They don't own the farm, but have bought a couple of properties with a few acres they are letting out as holiday cottages, so need to keep in the public eye. If they were sick and tired of the intrusions, they would not have bought these places. The whole programme is basically scripted. I've seen them filming hay time' scenes in March and she has a blinking Dresser for when they are filming -gets all the posh stuff for her and the kids. I've always felt sorry for him and often wondered what he saw in her (apart from the obvious) . Everyone around here knows what she saw in him lol!
None of what you have written surprises me APG. We got bored with the programme. It's all about Amanda and rather obviously staged. He's seems quite a down to earth guy though. But I have to admit to finding Clemmy fascinating.
Clemmy has certainly taken after her mum :-)
