Perhaps the problem was that nobody knew who was actually directing it? The Radio Times website credits no fewer than THREE different directors with working on the episode

I hate the way that we get 'spoilers' on TV. The' escaped convict' was being interviewed on This Morning. I don't like the character but for those who do I guess it ruined things for them. How could you take him seriously when you had seen him laughing and joking on This Morning.

I think it just jumped the shark. Laughable - and where was the 'Halloween Experience' taking place, some local disused building or something? I actually did laugh when Abi and Cory fell through the floor - who knew there was a cloaca maxima right under the hallowed cobbles?

Yes, it was awful and I'm sure they'll get lots of complaints ! It gets dafter as the week goes on with others ending up underwater ! And why on earth would Corey end up on the Street again when he knows he is hated there ?? I'm still going to watch it though ....
