Good Morning Early Birds

morning all, i hope that you are well and in good spirits. I have my coffee and will now settle back for a while and see who is about.
i have an online shop coming at 9am, and then later meeting a mate for a drink in the local which i am looking forward to... what have you got planned for the day.
It's just beginning to get light, i hope its not going to be like yesterday, where it rained hard much of the day. I thought it might clear the air so to speak, but my flat is just as hot as before.

I have been bitten by some dratted insect, with lumps from the bites on my lower leg and foot, no idea where i got this, but could they be mozzies, as its vaguely reminiscent of my time in Greece, where they took lumps out of me till i found a chemist who gave me some cream and mozzie spray. They itch like crazy...

Morning. I'm off to bed shortly. My sleeping pattern is messed up.

No plans for us. I'm still in pain so going out is not appealing.

Not often. They upset my stomach. I also want to know how much pain I'm in. I know it sounds weird but if you kill the pain you can end up doing things which slows down the healing.

apart from a lack of straight 8 hours kip, not bad, except i have been bitten as mentioned by possibly mozzies. Not good as they itch like crazy.

it rained quite a lot yesterday, i went out shopping before my 11.30 call from a friend. I did get a tad wet, even though i had my brolly....

i hope it doesn't rain like that today when i go out as i hate turning up looking like a drowned rat. Meeting my mates sister, though we have met a number of times before. As my friend and her family are now ensconced in Pembrokshire for a week.
