I wonder if Ms Agutter will be getting her kit off as she did in so many of her films!

such an iconic film not sure it can do it justice...
Perhaps a cameo role for Bernard Cribbins?
he's 92, how time flies...

did she, i don't remember that, suggest that she is now of an age that won't be likely. -
I like Jenny Agutter, she’s brilliant in Call the Midwife,I hope she makes a cameo appearance if there’s a remake of The Railway Children
Walkabout, Equus, Logan's Run, China 9 Liberty 37, American Werewolf in London. (others?)
perhaps i just hadn't seen that many of her films as you

Walkabout, Equus, An American Werewolf....to name but three, Emmie. As she’s now a nun, maybe she’s kicked that habit
she was the "go to" girl as the English rose prepared to bare it all for the camera.
nope not interested in what she did.
She 68, those days are well behind her now, shes also had a good TV career prior to call the midwife.
forgot "Sweet William"
brought up to date, no doubt - the Rail Replacement Bus Children?
......wearing face coverings, of course, mush
Even though that nun's habit does her no favours, she is still an attractive woman. I'd like to see this, but won't be able to if it's on Sky.
There was a remake of this in 2000 and she played the mother in that one. Be interesting to see how she can now go back to playing the daughter again.
She should play the Grandmother !
Have production companies no fresh ideas, no original material to work from?
The original film was set in 1905, this new film will be set during WWII, some 35-40 years later. Jenny A will have to play a woman in her 50s - I think she could pull it off.
