My sister has created her first podcast. She has signed up to Acast only to find she’s confronted with an overwhelming amount of information about how to post (if that’s the right term) her podcast on there. Apparently their Help staff are extremely slow to respond. Can anyone with experience of Acast provide a simple step-by-step guide for her to follow please?

How far into the process has she got? Perhaps she could try a different host such as Podbean and see if that is easier?

She tells me she’s only got as far as signing up, and she’s keen to continue with Acast cos she’s read and heard that it’s the best...if only she could understand how to use it!

What format is her podcast in - the site suggest she only needs to enter the URL.

Searching best podcast platforms, Acast doesn't appear much.
As lots are free it might be worth her trying another from these lists?
