BBC I Player has suddenly stopped showing me programmes because I am outside the UK which I am not. Can anyone help me restore the I player so I can see the programmes?

Is this on your tv, pc or another device?
See here
https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/help/questions/playback-issues/outside-uk-message
and check your IP address at
https://whatismyipaddress.com/

Then try changing your IP address by removing the power to your router, waiting a couple of minutes and then powering it up again.

If you're still experiencing problems, please tell us how you're trying to access BBC iPlayer. Is it on your laptop, for example, or is it perhaps via an app on a Smart TV?
First thing I would do is log out of iPlayer, turn off your device. Turn it back on again and login anew.
