Ive only got the basic package, but mine went up from £22 to £24 per month recently, and I didn’t know it was going to happen.
Is £80 a big increase from your usual payment?

Log on to your Sky account, you should be able to see a breakdown of charges on your bill.

If your box is connected to the internet, you can access your MySky via the box.

Just checked my bank account - mine still says "DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT TO SKY DIGITAL"
The increases were comunicated a while ago Bigbad.
Why don’t you phone Sky and ask them? Their phone help is excellent and despite the fact they tell you the wait time is 20 minutes it’s usually a quick response. If it is your package increase, tell them you can’t afford Sky anymore and then you will be able to negotiate a better deal.
If you mean to me, grumpy01, no they weren’t.
Although they did “comminicate” last week that my mobile contract was coming to an end.
They must miss people out from time to time.
