I think this is the worst quiz for competitors most are just hopeless

personally, I think tenable is a difficult quiz. I couldn't go back before Victoria, and I would probably struggle to get the regnal names right of the present queen's dad, uncle, and grandfather. however even I know there is no Elizabeth III

My mum was round and we had it on in the background and even she knows there is no Elizabeth III, despite having little knowledge of history.

I can maybe understand people not realising there is no William V but was pretty gobsmacked by the Elizabeth III response.

Don’t watch tenable but I do a lot of quizzes (well, used to before lockdown) and have taught myself the kings and queens by learning the horrible histories song. You can watch it on YouTube, they make it fun.

I watched this as well and was also amazed at how far out some of the answers were.
In fairness to the last guy, after he said William V, I think he realised his mistake as he let out a groan.
I understand that not everybody is a history expert ..... but surely most people know that Elizabeth I was around the same era as Henry VIII.

I'd come completely upstuck on the 'first 10 Michael Jackson hits' type of question, we all have our weaknesses. In a pub quiz there was a question asked about Edward the Eleventh!

Not necessarily, he could take any regnal name he fancied.
Victoria's first name was Alexandrina and her son, Albert, used his second name for his regnal name to become Edward VII.
