Mamyalynne. The link you gave me is an Apple smart watch which I'm sure isn't the one. Apple watches were release in 2015. Quizmania broadcast between 2005 to 2007.

There were very few smart watches around then. It was possibly a model in the Microsoft SPOT range, which included watches like this:

Buenchico. It's not a smart watch. I think it's an analogue watch with chunky style oversize width bracelet which were fashionable back then. I remember seeing them in Argos catalogues.
Oh, sorry then. I glanced at the video and thought that the reference to an incoming email referred to a message on the watch. Inded, I've just watched it again and DK definitely points to the watch when she says "My mum's emailed in. This is my mum", so I feel entitled to be confused!

The image of the watch is so small though, and there were loads of similiar watches around at the time, that it will be almost impossible to come up with a positive identification.
