I’ve watched it twice now and somehow missed the bit where Jules ran over the man who was threatening Patrick. Where was this disclosed? I’ve deleted it now.

It wasn't actually disclosed, Cloverjo. But there was a scene where Jules mentioned having to pay for some work done to the car. Then it was revealed that the 'loan shark' had been run over in a hit and run. One plus one = two.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who found this episode confusing . Had to have it explained to me. But I shall watch it again - just love it and the acting is perfect.

Thank you. I was quite baffled after watching it the first time. ‘Where’s the twist?’ I thought. I’d had a couple of glasses of wine so watched again. Still didn’t get it.
Anyway, it is a great series. Love it.
