Watched a couple episodes of Columbo earlier today Tilly2

Columbo for me as well

If only the murderers didn't underestimate the scruffy , apparently inept looking detective , - eh ?

Don't murderers also underestimate little old ladies too though?

The Mentalist
Harry Callahan
I'd also go for John Rebus. He'd sus me out but I wouldn't understand what he was saying when he arrested me.
I'm sure he could be persuaded to delegate charges to the fragrant Siobhan Clarke, Tilly.

She'd certainly have my undivided attention. :-)
The worst one.

Which one is that then mamy ?
Taggart or Vera
Siobhan would be better, Douglas. She talks proper.
I'd be prepared to take my chances with . . .

Defiantely Columbo.

Just one more thing........
Let's face it, how many times have any of them ever failed to solve a case. If I committed a murder and had to choose between the bunch of tv detectives, i'd just go down the local nick and hand myself in:-//
I don't know Baz, but I'd rather it was one who was rubbish at catching me.
So you would all commit murder, then?
I may be off the mark here, but might this be a hypothetical question?
>>> So you would all commit murder, then?

Er, haven't we all?

;-)
You speak for yourself, Chris! :o)
