Didn't see the end of last night's show, but what happened to Elaine Lordan that she had to be stretchered out of the jungle? Is she okay and will she be going back in?

According to the Ant & Dec, she was in hospital but doing fine. She was hoping to get back to the jungle soon

she is spending a second night in hospital and is safe and "stable" according to a producer. She is also liasing with her family back home. They are refusing to explain what is wrong at this moment and also said that after tonight her second night in hospital a desicion will be made as to whether she returns to the jungle.

Allegedly she fainted from tiredness but from Kimberly Davis description of the incident and also what was shown on the show last night it seems more like a Fit or Convulsion she was suffering without any warning. I was always led to belive that someone feinting would go limp and lifeless in an unconcious type of way. But Elaine was apparently Shaking uncontrolably, going rigid and stiff as she fell to the floor shaking. This was also seen the second time it happened when she suddenly started to shake uncontrollably again and twisted all her limbs up in some kind of spasm. I may be wrong tho but 2 days in hospital for a mere feint sounds overboard whereas 2 days in hospital because of a possible epiletic fit or attack would make more sense as they carried out tests.

Wish her well and back on her feet soon!

Thanks Twiglet. That sounded quite scary for all involved. As you say, here's hoping she makes a speedy recovery. x
Yes she's in hospital. She is missing Gary to hold her hand poor lass. Send in Kat or take over for a while.
I have to say that I was stunned by how hopeless the celebs were when she collapsed. Surely, one of them must have done some First Aid at some point in their lives! I work in a big public library and people collapsing and having fits (and worse) is not uncommon and I've never seen anyone (members of the public or colleagues) start screeching and panicking like the celebs did.
Visit the ITV web site, according to the latest news she may not be going back in???
Announcer on ITV this afternoon said she's not going back in. Wouldn't blame her. It must be bad enough when you're 100% well.
