I think he’s a wee bit jealous tbh and no I don’t think he’s right
what rubbish - the Beeb probably wanted two men and two women, as before...and unless du Beke has had a full-on sex change since the last show, then he's out of the running.
He might be in a position to know more than I. Do/does the BBC choose a quota of gay men in order to tick boxes too ?
I don't watch the show. However, the fact she was a judge on the German version of the show should be enough to convince people that the BEEB have chosen the right person for the job. Irrespective of colour or gender. Louis Spence is about as relevant as last week's dishwater.
Every programme on TV these days has to 'tick' the right boxes. So yes ,he's probably right.

I wouldn't be interested in Louis Spence's opinion on whether or not the sun is going to rise tomorrow, but that is based rather more on my distaste for his pointless and utterly undeserved hysterical attention-seeking nonsense when he senses a camera within a quarter-mile radius.
