Met office looks as though its going to get brighter tomorrow, we will have to wait and see. Of to community garden this morning where I volunteer, our open day on 6th July, which is a bit earlier than normal, so lots of prep to do.
Yes if weather does change and is dry we can get on with our own garden, will do Jen good to get outside and she can tell me what to do lol.
At community garden, I suppose I fit into role as handyman, there is always something to do. Think today's project is to make a "bee hotel" from a fence post by drilling various size holes in it then "planting" the post.

Same here. I can't remember the last time I had a lie in.
I get all sorts on the bird table. On warm, and dry, evenings I like to sit out the back ans watch them feeding and then going back into the hedge, then the other one comes out to feed. Once the wee ones have been given the order of the boot, the parents often feed together. The wee ones usually find a home in another part of the hedge. It's like an avian village!
