Hi. I subscribe to the GFK Media View panel where I gain points daily for answering questions about TV and radio programmes I have watched the day before.
For the past 3 days I have not had my usual reminder e mail and when I try to access the site it tells me my credentials are invalid.
I'm sure this has happened before, is anyone else having the same problem?
