Bt Sports Fiddle I Took Out A 12 Month Contract With Bt Sports Last March

The cost was £12.99 for 12 months
So March,April and May were £12.99 then June, July, August went to £19.99 per month. September ,October and November became £20.49 December was Nil And January was £12.99 and February was £20,49 When I phone them up to query the cost they cannot explain why this is. Are they all con merchants as these problems come up with Sky, BT, Telephone and Internet Companies

You need to check the terms of what you signed up to. It wouldn't surprise me if the £12.99 figure was liited to a few months. If the contract clearly said £12.99 a month for 12 months then you simply need to show them the evidence, and if they continue to charge more then threaten to take legal action or to terminate the contract due to their breach
You will find, if you check the small print, that BT are entitled to raise the price in your contract subject to notice.
It seems that somehing else is going on here though as the price shot up then went back down and there was a free month in the middle. It seems odd that BT can't explain why- maybe there is a misunderstanding somewhere
