Honestly, every year it seems to be more of a set up. I actually turned it off last night, I have never done that before. | love Robbie as a singer/ entertainer, not sure as a judge, but what qualifies his wife as a judge ? What a load of garbage.

I've watched it since I don't know when...but I missed the first show last week, and didn't bother last night. If Strictly keeps my attention, then it will get my vote for a bit of Saturday night entertainment.
mind The bodyguard at 9pm BBC1
I used to watch it but this year cannot bear to sit through what became the Mr & Mrs William's show!
Sorry to all his fans but just cant bear it with him and his OTT wife, lovely though she may be.
I can always find something better to do with my time.
Why do people now get backing dancers? Its not BGT.
do we really need the life stories of each contestant .
How come it has taken you so long to realise it is all set up and managed?

Dreadful programme.

I suppose I lived in hope Hopkirk !
I always just classed it as a bit of light entertainment. Definitely not to be taken too seriously.
But this year it just grates on my nerves and I can't watch anymore.
Maybe I have just "grown up". At last, some might say....
Absolute garbage. Robbie with his feet on the desk, what an absolute ignorant slob, Still as the saying goes you cannot polish a t u rd
I'm fed up of these talent shows. Most of the time it's all about the judges and they know who's won way before the end. I'm also fed up with all the reality shows and celebrity this, that and the other shows. Can't they find something different?
Turned of X Factor. Haven't watched it for A good few years now. Turned off Strictly because I didn't know the celebrities, or barely Knew them and watched last night at the proms instead, which I enjoyed. Just so fed up with same old stuff.
What actually constitutes a celebrity these days?
Reality shows, x factor and strictly are a load of rubbish. There are a couple of good dramas on at the moment but what we really need is a good saturday night variety show with real talented acts ( not ant & dec ) . I'm fed up with TV at the moment, there are more entertaining things on radio 4 to be honest.
Simon Evans summed up The X Factor very neatly, 'mixed ability karaoke'.
Spot on Douglas, with the addition of a has been 'star' and his irritating wife.
I don't, never have, watched it.
Agree Aunt Lydia. Am listening to more and more radio and reading more. I love the good dramas and documentaries, but what is deemed as being entertainment is rubbish. As for Ant And Dec, or just Dec, I watch nothing that involves them! I would love some good entertainment and nothing to do with the so called celebrities.
I haven't watched the X factor for years... it started to become off-putting with the contestants sob stories seemed more important than their talent. I do like quite a few of Nobbie's songs but not enough to drag me back to watch it just because he's a judge.

mixed ability karaoke.

Lol I do like that.
Same as him ^^^^^^^
It is a bore now just the simon thingy show. it is not much cop anymore.
