Have you noticed how many times in almost every episode, the word "sorry" is spoken?

Sorry but I'm afraid I haven't!
The ones who should be saying sorry are the script writers.
I wish they would show the old Emmerdale Farm episodes like they do with Classic Corrie. I'd love to watch those again, when it was actually good to watch.

Well, elliemay, take notice tonight and see how many you can count!
The Corrie phrases are "don't be daft" and "come 'ere" followed by a hug.
The most-used word in Corrie is 'Steve' - everyone keeps saying his name!
The 2 words I think that are most used in soaps are " it's complicated ", no it isn't, just the plots are parc.

The ones who should be saying "Sorry" are those who, despite the unbelievable storylines, continue to watch en-masse. Thereby giving the scriptwriters and producers carte blanche to churn out more of the same. Give your thumbs a bit of exercise and turn off for a few weeks. Once they realise no-one's watching, they'll have to come up with something a tad more palatable.

Only three "sorries" tonight!

Wednesday. 16 "sorries" tonight!
.....and 9 'Steves' !
Didn't count them but there are always several "Amelia"s as the brat runs off sulking again.
Question Author
There were ten "sorries" over the two Thursday episodes (5 in each). Yes, Amelia is a brat!
Is Rebecca dead?

It's preposterous how many opportunities were missed to escape the clutches of the perma-pursed-lipped one.
OH it was ridiculous wasn't it? Running around the woods, falling over every now and again only to end up back where they started.
I'm still it sure why Rebecca waited for Lochlan to come back? If she was able to smash Lochlans head in why didn't she just smash a window or something?
Have I missed something- where did these woods with two cabins suddenly appear from?
I'm still NOT sure ^^^^^
I wouldn't be sorry to see Lochlan/Lachlan/Lucky or whatever his name is get his come-uppance. He's my most hated soap character...
