Presumably because the rights have expired. ITV normally only buys the rights to show programmes for 30 days after first transmission.

I've just checked. The long-term right to show the series appears to held by ITV Hub+, which is a subscription-based service.

Alternatively you can buy the full series on DVD for £7.95:
