This feels wrong in this category but having just seen the story of this wonderful project on The One Show, thought to share it here.

I found it most moving.

It was a shortish piece, but a bit longer than the video on that link - a few relatives spoke too of how they felt.

I'm sure there'll be more about it on TV soon.
This was on show in Exeter on the anniversary of the Somme, it was so moving!

It is and he's doing, or done one for everyone who perished for the 100 Year Anniversary of the end of the War.

Really thought provoking.
One of the best tributes was in a village in North Devon (Torridge or Torrington). Each young man living in the village was given the name of a casualty of WW1 and they wore a replica of the uniform. They had to walk through a meadow and when the name of the young man killed was called out, the youth with that name fell to the ground. In the end, there were just a few that made it to the other side if the field. I was in tears! It really brought the sacrifice that was made, especially in small villages.

Oh. I can imagine the impact of that Carole - very moving tribute.

Thanks Mamya, a very moving project.
