It's a very piano lead tune, occassionally a guy says "yeah" or something like that. This tune is used all over the place!! I even heard it last night on What not to Wear!!
Might even be for the Guardian newspaper, not sure

Might it be 'Cantaloop' by US3?

I know this sounds bizarre but I think it might be Sinner Man by Nina Simone. It's got lots of up tempo piano chords with sycopated clapping at the sane time and Nina (who has a very deep voice, let's face it!) says Oh Yeah a few times. If you listen on iTunes to check it our though, you don't get that snippet as the song is quite long. They used to use it to trail Judge John Deed every week if it's the song I think you mean. It's on the Thomas Crowne Affair soundtrack. Hope this is the one you're after Darthwhelk!
