I am seriously considering joining Amazon Prime I listen to a lot of music and watch a lot of films. I know I would get a lot of use of it. Anyone on here had experiences of it. Good or bad?

It's excellent - I pay the annual fee so that I get deliveries as/when I want and for free - but the films and music have become increasingly useful too.

Love it. Video's to watch anytime, next day deliveries, music streaming. Had it for years.
We love it.
I reckon I have made the subscription back on delivery charges alone...and lordalex watches a lot of the TV stuff.
I got 3 months free subscription with my smart TV. Cancelled it because most of the tv is ancient stuff.
sadly so is lordalex......
I took the intro free offer then opted out because quite frankly I hardly ever found it useful. Why not just give it a go ?

I agree with the Chair and I also found the film selection not that brilliant, so unless you buy from them often maybe its not worth it.
It's worth it.
There's no easy answer, because it depends on you...many will find it worthwhile, for others it'll be a waste of money.
We've had it for three years and wouldn't be without it.
I reckon for me its good value. I use the subscription service to get hard to find items and also heavy stuff like dog food. I save a TON on parking and fuel by getting boring things delivered instead of having to go hunting for them...and there are some real bargains to be had as well....and all that without the video services.
Apart from the films, tv programmes music, free delivery there are also many books and monthly magazines that you can download free of charge. I personally have downloaded two magazines this month to read, so for me it’s a yes it’s worth it.
Deffo worth it , if you shop online you can save more than the service costs, I don't use the tv service as we already have a full virgin package plus Netflix. There are some things that are commissioned by Amazon that are only available on prime that I'd look me to see. If you get it. I would agree use amazon for heavy regular purchases. I ordered big bags of potting compost, it saved dragging them up in the lift.
