Mainstream did seem a little one track but I surprised myself by enjoying a lot of the Sport Relief programme.

Also recorded Attenborough's Natural Curiosities, Pilgrimage/Santiagio and Gogglebox.
Be positive, it was a good night to clear the V-box of some stuff, I'm now up to date on Homeland!
I binged on my recordings, too. Watched all the episodes of Collateral, and a very good series it was.
ooh, Collaterol, thanks HC

I watched The Lady Vanishes (again, for the umpteenth time, still a good film !)
I can't spell :-(
These days it's always a bad night on the TV; sport or no sport.
Tomorrow night the Beeb is repeating the excellent Ag Christie 'And Then There Were None' starring Aiden Turner. It's on at 3am so I will put it on a series link

For those that have not seen this it is a very interesting program.

A number of "celebrities" follow a historic pilgrimage route through France and Spain finishing at a huge cathedral in Spain.

It is over 400km walking all the way, through very mountainous areas, carry all their own equipment.

On the way they discuss their views of life, death, religion, faith etc.

Some are not religious at all, others very anti religion, some have a strong faith and so on.

It may sound as though the program "pushes" religion but it does not, some of the walkers are VERY anti religion and explain why.

All the time of course they are walking though this lovely countryside and facing the highs and lows of walking miles and miles each day.

I watched the first one a few days ago and found it fascinating.
Agree, it's a super programme.
Love it too. They are all so different yet interact so well. I like Debbie,in particular. She is very sincere.
I sat through the re runs of the A Team on spike, a good bit of entertainment , no blood guts and killing.
so, AOG, you have only two channels available?
I spent the evening watching stuff on Netflix.

I dislike football and didn't feel like watching Sport Relief.

Last time I checked we had about 170 Channels, no big deal using the remote to retune.
