Free View Advertising Channel 68

Channel 68 was allocated to TruTV. (Their website still shows it as such: http://www.trutv.co.uk/ ). However they removed it from that channel, on a national basis, last month. It's now only available in certain local areas:

It's possible that in other parts of the country Freeview promotional material may have been transmitted for test purposes but any such arrangement would only have been temporary, pending the latest frequency changes.
