He couldn't hardly get off the sofa when he was at home but in the time Summer took to get Eileen he had made it to the church and rung his brother.

i thought adam swapped billy's meds for paracetamol and it was only after billy stole izzy's meds he had problems ? .i think he overacts too .

Yes I can't see how he's addicted.

He couldn't have taken many of Izzys as Summer put his hoodie (with the pills) in the wash the next day.
