The Bob and Brenda story is very tiresome and the involvement of Laurel is not going to make it any less so. Maybe the actress who plays Brenda wants to leave and this is a story enabling her to be written out.

I think it is just a case of having had to find a storyline for these characters, who've been marginalised for a while. Seriously tedious, though.

They do this in all the soaps, in Corrie they never meet anybody away from the street and fall in love with each other all the time !

Oh I think they are a lovely couple ellie. Can't stand Steve and Tracey back together again though !
