In the answers he went through the song titles and how many points that they scored. Oddly he did not mention "We have all of the time in the World" by Louis Armstrong. I wonder why not? Researcher must have missed this one

The researcher may have sat there with a wry smile thinking 'that Louis Armstrong one can wait'.

They don't get past you easily, do they gollob?
Missed the show, but maybe because it didn't chart at the time but on a re-release years later; perhaps ?
OG has it, didn't make the Charts.
That song didn't chart on its initial release to coincide with the release of On Her Majesty's Secret Service, though it did when re-released in response to the My Bloody Valentine cover for a Guinness commercial.

A bit tenuous, I'll admit!
"didn't make the Charts"

Not at the time of the film, but got to No 3 in 1994.
Without hearing everything the question master added I don't know then.

He always adds some guidance.
If the question was asked as stated then reaching no. 3 during a 19 week run on the chart in 1994 would qualify.

There may have been qualifications, I don't know.
Just to clarify it asked for theme song so probably means the name of the films

There all loads of James Bond hits that are not the same name as the film
Having just looked on iPlayer, the key word was "theme".

Louis Armstrong wasn't a theme tune.
It would surprise me if that was the reason, as the definition of a theme tune or song as I understand it, need not contain a title. It just has to be written especially for something, such as a film, as an introduction piece, or final piece. It relates to whatever it is a theme for.
