We know Jennie McAlpine has been away doing the Jungle but surely they could have got a better exit for her than leaving her hubby and kids at Christmas to care for Cilla who has never really cared for Fizz how wil Tyrone cope with work etc, she should have brought them with her,.

Agree, that is a stupid storyline. But we know we will rarely see the kids!

Ruby and Hope are real stars. I am amazed at how they are acting. It must be so difficult to get children of that age to say the lines and act like they are.

They should have just left her off screen for a few weeks. It's quite often we don't see a character for while with no explanation.

Agree, a stupid storyline, not many people would leave their small children at Christmas. Final daft twist was when she said her mother was having a big Christmas get together and that she would have to cater for them all. Hardly what a very poorly person would be doing.

Hope's twin brother is also in Corrie - he plays Joseph.
Anyone notice that this is a new Hope? She's only been in the role since August, before then Hope was played by twins
