Classic Corrie

I am currently enjoying watching the Classic episodes of Corrie from 1986 on ITV3 every week day. Really shows how rubbish the up to date one is at the moment! Is anyone else enjoying it?

I caught one by accident, thought I was in a parallel universe when I saw Percy and the woman he always argued with. As you say so much better than the recent episodes, I stopped watching it religiously a couple of years ago and when I see the odd episode I'm totally flummoxed about who's who.

I couldn't get interested in the older episodes, I far prefer the modern day ones, although I am getting fed up of the Phelan/Andy storyline !

I was really surprised to see David out of Heartbeat playing the 21 year old Peter - still, you can't remember everything!!!!
