I was watching an interview with Jane Garvey concerning the pay inequality at the Beeb when it occurred to me that in these days of equal rights , "Woman's " Hour is not really in keeping with the concept. Perhaps "Person's" hour would be more appropriate.
Just a thought.

If it ain't broke don't fix it.
Am I not allowed to listen? I bet Mikey has been listening to Jane Garvey interviewing Jill from The Archers.

Mind you I always switch over when ITVs Loose Women comes on.
I thought we had just witnessed it on Chatterbank, I don't know about a hour though more like a lifetime.
Haven't listened to Feminist's Hour for ages. Not since I heard their guest moaning that it wasn't fair that women tended to have the kids after the divorce. But to be honest I'd been uncomfortable with the gender orientation for a while prior to it. That was just the last straw.

They won't be happy until it is made universally possible for men to bear children.
And they still sing hymns on Songs of Praise, why not sing 'hers', also they say amen instead of awomen, its just not right!!! ;)
What about a Men & Womens section on here.

The Men could chat about, cars, diy, the pub, sport etc.

The women could chat about baby's, cleaning, makeup, ironing etc :-)

To be fair, it is a wonder no one has made a comment about the TV programmes called 'Movies4Men'.

I just thought that I would drop in ~ far too many guys talking about "Women's hour" (does that actually exist!) and I wanted to balance things out a little.

Well I am now off to make some lunch for me and my little furry family.
