I was taken around an exhibition of Hodgkin's work about 12 years ago, in St Ives, by an an old friend of his, and I was blown away by his bold use of colour. rip Hodgkin

not to my taste i am afraid.
I don't like this type of painting but the colours are pretty vivid.
