What are your comments about this ghastly show?

Why do the producers of these type of chat shows, seem to think they must be hosted by 'camp' presenters.

Its a wonder that the gay lobby don't take them to task over this type of portrayal of gays, it just makes them laughing stocks, that is of course if you think the likes of David Walliams, Graham Norton or Alan Carr are indeed funny.

it was rubbish..but norton has some good guests on
I didn't see it...but I read somewhere that there was to be a different host each week.
I do like Graham Norton...he makes me laugh.
I didn't watch it either. I can't stand DW.
I like Graham Norton. I might watch if he presents it.
Who's next? Does anyone know?

I didn't watch the show because I find David Walliams humourless and creepy in equal measure, and his camp persona misses its mark by a mile.

For some reason, ITV bosses think the audience 'needs' an American 'late show' format - heaven knows why, but they do.

So they go for a mish-mash of 'chat' and 'comedy' with a level of guests that will only emphasise the calibre of attendees Graham Norton gets once week, diluted by sheer numbers over here.

It's another of those London-centric Tristram-fests that have 'failure' written on them before they hit the screen.
I don't have a TV so wasn't able to watch it (thankfully by the sound of it).

David Walliams makes my skin crawl and Alan Carr, to me, is totally unfunny.

Graham Norton is funny and I seems to be a good talk show host.

last weeks was good with Patrick Stewart and Ian mckellern
Switched it off rubbish
I don't mind Walliams and occasionally find him funny. Not last night, though. Watched it for about 5 minutes, then gave up. Alan Carr makes my skin crawl but I used to like Graham Norton when he first appeared on the scene. Unfortunately, I believe he is now so far up himself, he is beyond retrieving. And that false laugh!!
Gordon Ramsey is going to be one of the presenters. Can't be any worse than the awful, overexposed, camp Walliams
David Walliams makes my skin crawl although my grandaughter loves his books. Alan Carr just needs a good hard slap - opens his mouth and absolute drivel comes out. Graham Norton I quite like although his laugh is a bit false.

Made a point of avoiding it when I saw who was hosting it.

If there is a different Host next week, may try it, depending on who it is.
I don't mind David Walliams in small doses but this was just wrong! I watched until the prize holiday was "fired" into the audience & that was enough for me.

I spoke with a friend late last night that hadn't seen it, telling them they'd missed nothing IMO, that I thought ITV had been aiming for something fast-paced along the lines of such shows in the US & what they got was a presenter who was woefully unable to deliver his lines in the speedy fashion required.

It all felt very flat & unfunny & one can only hope that if ITV persist with the idea that they're able to persuade someone with the requisite ability to front it. Heigh-ho, we shall see...
I have tired to watch this on my oficec PC, and it freezes after about a minute, which actualy may not be a bad thing.

Walliams' opening joke was a dodgy reference to his 'relationship' with Simon Cowell which pre-supposes that the audience all adore him on the X Factor, and will understand what he means.

If that is the level of humour and entertainment - and I strongly suspect they may have hit the ground running with their best gag first (!) - then it doesn't encourage me to switch on when I get home.
Recorded it, so not watched it yet, not sure I want to now ! Can't stand Alan Carr, but like Graham Norton.

I do think it was ill-judged to put it in the 10:00 slot & don't think I'll be tuning in again, at least for this week.

It was dreadful. It made the nice Martin Clunes look an idiot. Why o why do they have to refer to sex all the while
I lasted about ten minutes under sufferance. The way he was inserted into every scene was disgusting. I dislike him intensely but thought I would give home a chance.
I didn't watch it as I can't even stand watching the advert for it.Why would they postpone the News at Ten for this? Put the news back to it's rightful time and put this sort of rubbish on later, if they think there is a call for it.
Saw 30 seconds and switched off
