Loss Of Sound On Bbc Channels 22.11.2016

On my tv I have picture but no sound on BBC 1 and BBC 2 and BBC news channel, all other tv channels are ok with picture and sound, it's just the BBC channels with no sound. I am in the Blackheath south London area. Has anyone got the same problem?

Update... turned tv off and back on and sound is back on.....hooray. Bit of a glitch maybe

Dont know why it happens but at least once this year, had same thing occur but, as you did after trying Tevo box mute and TV one, turned off and on..bingo it worked. .
