Yes I watched the programme and when David Jason came out with that story, I watched Will.I.Am's face and he laughed along with the rest, I did not see him cringe as reported.

Seeing that it seemed so cringe worthy at the time, I thought that the press would have got hold of the story in force, but surprise, surprise when I checked them this morning I could find that the Mirror and the Metro were the only ones to report on the incident.
