Three of the panel were on The One Show last night chatting about their UK tour.
I used to really enjoy this on TV, but there was no mention of it coming back, anybody remember the tall slim bloke, who looked dopey, he was hilarious?

Who were you thinking of ? Ryan Stiles is fairly tall & thin, I'm unsure what he'd think of the dopey description though :-)
I used to like it at the time but it wonder will it seem a bit dated now.

Clive Anderson has barely changed.
I am always mystified as to how and why Clive Anderson is ever on television - or radio.

He is not funny, but interrupts with 'witicisms' at the expense of his interviewees' flow of conversation.

Plus, he exhibits the hallmark of someone who is not listening to what is being said to him, and merely waiting to force his way back to the centre of attention - he interjects by barking 'Yeah ...' at inappropriate moments.

I avoid him when possible - happily he is on TV less than he used to be after his dreadful 'chat' show 'Clive Anderson Talks Back' - they could have taken the 'Back' bit out in the interests of the Trades Description Act!!
Whereas I really liked him :-)
Me too.
He was at his funniest when interviewing the Bee Gees as I recall ;-)
That was funny :-)
That was rather amusing O_G - especially as I love and admire The Bee Gees.

Mr Anderson was hoisted by his own petard, his inability to see that sticking in a bon mot without the courtesy of considering your recipients' reactions can have disastrous results!!
....I thought he came out of that better than them, Barry especially, very po faced!
Really Sipowicz?

A 'chat show' host with no-one to chat to, since his crass stupidity has offended his guests to the point of them walking off the set, leaving him, mercifully almost lost for words, although he continued to try and make light of the situation - the hallmark of a man with no sense beyond his own ego.

Have you watched the American version? I reckon that the first incarnation of that (1998-2007) is funnier than our original.
