Well, this series was very poor I thought. Very convoluted plot plus my absolute most hated plot device - ie, showing us messages on a mobile phone. Who can read the small print?

Agree was a little disappointing. Not the same without Gill. This series was more harder, folks were more harsh, something was lacking.
I've loved the whole series and I'm sad that this was the last, ever. I agree about the texts.
They seemed to have taken the harsh lighting and other aspects from 'Nordic Noir', and it didn't suit. Suddenly they were not the people you thought you knew. Almost all scenes were too dramatically black and white and some I couldn't see a thing going on. Also I agree that I couldn't follow all the mobile phone stuff. I loved the earlier series, such a shame.
Apparently that was the last episode ever, they're not going to make any more.

It's a great shame the Programme has ended so poorly.
I also thought it was ok but where have you read that it's the last ever series, chrissa?

I agree, how were all the CID in the office around the big table supposed to see/work, and the scene in the end were she was fighting the killer, couldnt see a thing.
I must admit, I was squinting at the screen during the fight at the end. Haven't a clue what she got stuck in her hand, apart from it being glass, as we heard the glass break.
I agree, it was a very poor ending. Wrapped up far too quickly after last ad break and we were left disappointed. Far too dark in places, yes.
All a bit of nothing. Unlike line of duty and undercover
Written by original writer Lee Warburton and someone new - not as good as when the ladies were penning the previous series!
I agree I lost interest in it.
