Can anyone explain to me why that girl was murdered? And why did that women completely flip after the party ? I think it was because her husband had a bit with another woman, but how is that part of the story ? I am a bit confused.......

Do you mean the girl in this week's episode who hung herself? If so she committed suicide, was Roper's (Hugh Laurie's) solicitor's daughter.

With her husband having an affair with the nanny, Carol Langbourne is a bit of a loose cannon who knows a thing or two about Roper's deals. I think she will play an integral part in the remainder of the series.
